THE VENUE

The Library and Boardroom are ideal for smaller parties, they seat 24 and 12 guests respectively whilst The Wainscote will seat up to 65 guests for a sit-down meal.  Maximum numbers for an informal function with a Buffet is Library 24 guests and Wainscote 105 guests.

Room hire charges for Functions are:
Wainscote:	£85.00 per 1/2 day or evening (£160.00 per full day)
Library:	£55.00 per 1/2 day or evening (£100.00 per full day)
Boardroom:	£55.00 per 1/2 day or evening (£100.00 per full day)

The rooms are available for a day function from 09.00 am to 01.00 pm, 01.30 pm to 05.30 pm and for an evening function from 07.00 pm to 12.00 midnight.

There is no room hire charge in The Townhouse Restaurant, as you will be sharing the room with other Restaurant Diners.  If the number of guests in your party exceed 10 then we will have to seat you on separate tables.  The maximum number of guests, which can be accommodated on one table at any one time, is 10.

The Townhouse Restaurant is open for Lunch between 12.00 noon and 02.00 pm (Monday to Friday inclusive) and for Dinner from 07.00 pm to 09.30 pm (Monday to Saturday inclusive) and between 06.30 pm and 08.30 pm on Sunday. We regret, however, that the Restaurant is closed for Saturday and Sunday lunch.
