For provisional accommodation bookings via email, we will hold the accommodation for 48 hours pending receipt of credit card details via telephone or fax at which time the booking will be secured. Credit cards will act as your booking guarantee and will not be debited until your arrival. For provisional conference, wedding and special occasions bookings via email, we will hold the venue available for 7 days pending receipt of a written or faxed confirmation and where applicable, a deposit. Cancellation Notice: 1. Advice of cancellation of a second accommodation booking is required more than 24 hours prior to the date of arrival if it is not to incur cancellation fee. 2. If less than 24 hours, then a full cancellation fee will be incurred which is equal to the total of one night's accommodation and is inclusive of breakfast and VAT. 3.No cancellation fee will be levied if the hotel is able to re-let the cancelled accommodation.
